Steps to Participate

1. Purchase a cake from any participating Atul Bakery outlet in India during the offer period.

2. Register your entry at the outlet by duly filling out the participation form provided.

3. Participants must safely retain the original invoice and the cake tag containing the QR code and Coupon ID until the final declaration of results.

4. Scan the QR code printed on the cake tag and read, accept, and agree to the Terms & Conditions to complete the participation process.

5. It is mandatory for participants to follow Atul Bakery’s official social media handles to remain eligible for the Atul Aao Goa Jao offer and to stay updated with further announcements.

6. Winners will be selected through a lucky draw process as per the company’s discretion.
   
   

General Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is valid only on cake purchases made during the designated offer period.

2. The offer is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees of Atul Bakery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Each eligible cake purchase will be considered as one valid entry for the lucky draw.

4. Winners will be selected through a lucky draw, and the company’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the offer.

5. Winners will be informed via phone call, email, or official social media communication, based on the contact details available with the company.

6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. Travel dates, itinerary, inclusions, and arrangements shall be decided solely by the company.

8. The prize does not include personal expenses, meals not specifically mentioned, local conveyance, sightseeing, or any incidental costs.

9. Any applicable taxes, if levied, shall be borne entirely by the winner.

10. The company shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events.

11. The company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    
    

Flight Arrangement

1.  Complimentary flight tickets, where applicable, shall be provided only from Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
   
   

Hotel Accommodation

1. Hotel accommodation shall be arranged on a 2 or 3 persons sharing basis.
2.  Room allocation will be decided by the company as part of standard accommodation planning.
3. Requests for room changes or modifications will not be entertained.
